decaf

when i got my venti pumpkin spice latte today, i didn't ask for decaf...now i can't go to sleep...and i have to get up at 6am...yikes....since i don't drink a lot of caffeine because of my heart palpitations, any caffeine affects me a lot...i want to have a new routine of driving to farm fresh to get my starbucks coffee splurge and the paper each sunday morning now that i have sundays off...i will definitely remember to ask for decaf next sunday.
