i was catching up on some rachael ray shows today and found several new recipes to try. this one looked good and VERY easy so we made it. we only made the chicken, i didn't make the potatoes tonight...maybe tomorrow. YUM-O! (sorry, Kate)

Was this featured in her "Yum-O" cookbook? I'm not sure yet whether I like her phrases or not. I did watch a True Hollywood Story on her life, so I definitely like her though!
