I arrived in Louisville around noon....got settled, checked email, and watched a little Rachel Ray. I then went for a run on the treadmill (see my training blog for very non-exciting details of that) and right when I got finished, Tiff got here!
We are now hanging out and waiting for Jessica who got stuck in some traffic north of town. She should be here in 23 according to her Tom Tom!

I am soooo jealous that you get to see Tiff. And that Tiff gets to see you. I miss you both SO MUCH!! Have a great weekend! I can't wait to hear what ya'll get yourselves into ;)
