Today's Writing Prompt: Torture
If someone wanted to torture you by locking you in a room with speakers blaring music you hated, what music would they choose?
Anything Donny Osmond is singing.
Not because I hate his music necessarily, but because I have a grudge about my high school choir getting bumped by him when we were scheduled to sing the national anthem at a Cubs game. Now when I hear him or see him, I still get mad. Really, you couldn't have let the kids sing and come back some other time?
Yes, his music would torture me.
Mine would be the Violent Femmes! Oh, how I strongly dislike their music.
