next week i'll be out of town (in Richmond) for 2 days to a leadership conference type thing...i'll be in this program for about 8 months and get to travel around about once per quarter.
tomorrow night bradley and i have a date to go see the new U23D at IMAX...it's supposed to be this cool U2 concert - i can't wait!
i haven't been to the gym as much this week, but also haven't been obsessing about not losing weight like last week...i think i need to eat breakfast, because the last time i dropped some un-needed poundage, i did that and was working out a lot less. tomorrow is another weigh in for the biggest loser at work...we'll see!
this week i replaced my candy jar in my office with a fruit basket .. i have no self control around candy and even though i put it there because people come in for it and i end up having good conversation, i still eat 1/2 of it.
bradley is comng along on the guitar..he's playing better than some people who were on american idol!
sammy is being sammy...lovey and cuddly and always wants to play...he's a fabulous dog-son!
i have some pictures to post this weekend of the flowers i got for valentine's day... :-) bradley's a sweetie pie...but you all know that!
time to get some work done...and another glass of wine to drink!
